Become a contestant and play to win the chance of a lifetime! In order to be eligible to win a property each contestant will need to pay a $100 entry fee and write your story to answer the question: How would winning a home CHANGE your life? Once the number of entries needed for a contest is achieved the contest will close and YOUR story will be reviewed by a panel of judges based on who they think will benefit winning the home and writing skills (see Official Rules for details). That's why we created an opportunity within our concept that will generate the funds necessary to help YOUR Charity create more programs for the arts, charities, education, politics, religion, research, or some other endeavors in your community.
OK... So how does this work?
It's simple... Each home that we will have a contest for will be assigned to one certified 501c3 Charity selected by the home owner, real estate agent or by us and will receive a percentage of funds when that contest is completed.

Think about it ...Industry experts say A vast "shadow inventory" of foreclosed homes that banks are holding off the market could wreak havoc with the already battered real estate sector.
Lenders nationwide are sitting on hundreds of thousands of foreclosed homes that they have not resold or listed for sale, according to numerous data sources. And foreclosures, which banks unload at fire-sale prices, are a major factor driving home values down.
"We believe there are in the neighborhood of 600,000 properties nationwide that banks have repossessed but not put on the market," said Rick Sharga, vice president of RealtyTrac, which compiles nationwide statistics on foreclosures. "California probably represents 80,000 of those homes. It could be disastrous if the banks suddenly flooded the market with those distressed properties. You'd have further depreciation and carnage."

Concerned about taxes if you win?
There are NO income taxes for you to pay on the income gained upon winning a property. We are withholding the maximum Federal and State income tax required for each state that a contest is to be held in. If you win and don't want the property, we can purchase the property back from you for 10% of that contest price with no strings attached.
Is it Legal?
Yes, each state has their own laws and statutes that outline what must be done in order to conduct a legal contest. This is a game of skill and has followed all legal regulations so as to be in accord with California State Law.
